We aim to offer a 5-star experience to every guest- All of our guests will enjoy open-up service, arriving to find lights on & a comfortable air setting. A walk thru is performed prior to each arrival so that everything is perfect and ready to go! A starter supply of all paper goods and household necessities, including bath tissue, paper towels, trash bags, dish soap, hand soap, and laundry soap, along with spa toiletries like shampoo, conditioner & body wash are provided! Our management team is available 7 days a week to answer questions and assist with any troubleshooting issues you may have during your stay. We will email you the phone number once your reservation has been confirmed.

Front Porch: Enjoy the gas firepit under the gorgeous oak tree.

Living Room: Located right off the main door, the living room has a leather couch, electric fireplace, tv with Roku & board games.

Dining Area: Located behind the living room couch, the dining area has seating for 4.

Kitchenette: The kitchenette features a hot plate, toaster oven, sink, pots & pans & dinnerware for 4. The barn boasts a full coffee & tea bar as well!
You’ll find the kitchenette to be fully stocked with everything one would need:

Bathroom: Located on the main floor, the full bathroom features a gorgeous rock-based walk-in full shower, with a separate toilet. Stocked with shower gel, body soap, shampoo & conditioner.

Room 1: Located on the ground floor, this master suite boasts a queen bed, a seating area for 2 & direct access to the hot tub via a private door. Bathroom located across from the master bedroom.

Room 2: Located on the second floor (very steep & narrow staircase to get up), this second bedroom offers a queen bed & one twin bed.

Outdoor: Enjoy the hot tub with covered patio.

• Towels (1 towel, 1 hand towel, 1 washcloth per guest per stay)

Please bring your personal toiletries like toothpaste, deodorant, etc. A starter supply of the items listed above will be provided. Guests will provide their own supplies after depleting the starter supply of these items.

Other things to note:

Staying with us is a hassle-free experience! Simply drive to your rental and use your unique lock code to access the home. You'll receive comprehensive check-in instructions 24 hours before arrival, and we're available around the clock!
 

• Access: The front door is equipped with a smart lock/ electronic keypad. A unique door code will be sent to you a couple of days before check-in, no need to meet anyone for keys.

• Age: All guests must be 25+ with the exception of children with their parents.

• Security Camera: There is a security camera on the front of the cabin in place, recording at all times, for your protection. Please do not touch or tamper with the camera or disconnect the Wifi, this is for your own protection.

• Weather: No refunds for weather/natural disasters/power outages/other things that are outside our control. Please purchase travel insurance for coverage.

• Hot Tub: The hot tub is for guests 18 and over only. Alcohol and glassware are NOT allowed near the hot tub. Please do not use the hot tub if you have consumed alcohol or if you are pregnant. Use the hot tub AT YOUR OWN RISK! You can refer to your digital manual on how to use the hot tub.

• Trash: Please dump liquids into the sink and not into trash bags. Place all trash into trash bags and secure them in the trash containers by the Musik Haus.

• Critters: We have a regular pest control company that maintains the grounds. As we are located in a rural area, please note that bugs may be present on the property. Remember to keep your doors locked, throw trash in the containers, and don't leave any food outdoors.

• Pet Friendly: 2 dogs allowed per reservation (flat fee amount of $100 per pet)- a payment request will be sent out after booking is completed

• Check-In/Out: Check-in at 4:00 PM. Check-out at 11:00 AM. We charge $25 per hour for all requests of early check-in & late check-out, based on availability. Please note we may not be able to accommodate early check-ins/ late checkouts. Please message us for more details.

• We will email you a Rental Release Agreement after booking. This agreement must be signed within 48 hours of booking. Reservations may be canceled if the agreement is not signed. This correspondence will occur through our Channel Manager OwnerRez.

• A Security Deposit, of $300, must be paid for prior to check-in and is refunded within 3 days of check-out, provided there are no damages to the property. Security deposit & rental agreement will be sent after the booking is confirmed.

• We can host a maximum of 5 guests (including all adults, children & infants) - for safety (fire & insurance) reasons, we cannot hold any additional guests.

• There is another house on the property - the Musik Haus. Please be mindful of guests in the other house.

• The property is located on a corner lot, across from a veterinary clinic. You may hear outside traffic (very few cars pass by) & animal noises (there are cows across the street).

• This is a barn converted into a living space - please note there may be some creaks/noises.

• Please note that the stairs to the second floor are very steep and may be difficult for some guests to climb.

• Split AC & Heating unit.

• All amenities including wifi, hot tub, etc are fully inspected prior to every check-in, however, we cannot guarantee their working condition during stays. If the hot tub is under repair, we will immediately notify you and offer alternative accommodation or cancellation options. If an amenity or feature stops working during your stay but was reported working by our maintenance crew, we will attempt to repair the item but cannot guarantee the repair and no Airbnb refund will be made.

• We look forward to hosting all our upcoming guests. Our cleaning team is going above and beyond to provide top-notch services, giving special attention to high-touch areas, using commercial grade anti-microbial agents, and having bed sheets and bath towels professionally laundered between each guest's stay. However, no guarantee will be made that our properties are "completely sterile" or "COVID-free", just as no other business can reasonably make that claim. Guests are advised to travel and stay with us at their own discretion.

• We do not offer rescheduled stays or refunds on cancellations outside of VRBO's extenuating circumstances policy. We strongly encourage you to purchase travel insurance at the time of booking if you are concerned about the possibility of canceling your trip last minute. Travel insurance is inexpensive and a great way to protect your funds in the event of an unforeseeable cancellation. We understand that last-minute cancellations for guests who choose to not purchase travel insurance can be a burden, however, we are required to uphold our owners' cancellation policies in order to protect their only sources of income and keep their properties in business. Please book responsibly and we appreciate your understanding.

• Any noise complaints or law enforcement calls to the home will result in immediate termination of your stay without a refund. A NoiseAware noise monitoring device is used to monitor external decibel (DB) levels as outlined per City/County Ordinance.
