PS- The Log HAUS is an abbreviated version of the Log Cabin RETREAT- The Haus includes the entire property & game room, except a locked large bunk bedroom (located in the game room).

Our aim is to offer the best experience possible! All of our guests will enjoy open-up service, arriving to find lights on and a comfortable AC setting. A walkthrough is performed prior to each arrival so that everything is perfect and ready to go!

Room details:

Living Room & Dining Table: Lounge away with your favorite book on the couch, while enjoying the electric fireplace & open windows. Bring out the entire family & enjoy the 6 people dining area.

You’ll find the kitchen to be fully stocked with everything one would need to put on a proper dinner party, including a range with an oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, and the following:

Room 2: This is a large bedroom with a king-size bed, closet, personal TV & shares a bathroom, in the hallway, with double vanity.
Located on the Second Floor

Room 3: This is a smaller bedroom- perfect for the kiddos! It comes with 2 Bunk Beds (Twin/Twin & Full/Queen) & shared a bathroom in the hallway with double vanity.

A starter supply of all paper goods and household necessities is provided, including:

• Bath tissue

• Paper towels

• Trash bags

• Dish soap

• Hand soap

• Laundry detergent

• Shampoo & Conditioner

• Body wash

• Towels (1 towel, 1 hand towel, 1 washcloth per guest per stay)

• Bed Sheets

• Small Cleaning Supply (located under the kitchen sink or in the pantry)

• Blow dryer- located in the cabinet in each bathroom

Please bring your personal toiletries like toothpaste, deodorant, etc. A starter supply of the items listed above will be provided. Guests will provide their own supplies after depleting the starter supply of these items.

Smoking, of any kind, is strictly forbidden on the entire property- inside & outside.

Other things to note:

Staying with us is a hassle-free experience! Simply drive to your rental and use your unique lock code to access the home. You'll receive comprehensive check-in instructions 24 hours before arrival, and we're available around the clock!
 

• Access: The front door is equipped with an electronic keypad. A unique door code will be sent to you a couple of days before check-in, no need to meet anyone for keys.

• Security Camera: There is a security camera on the front of the cabin in place, recording at all times, for your protection. Please do not touch or tamper with the camera or disconnect the Wifi, this is for your own protection.

• Weather: No refunds for weather/natural disasters/power outages/other things that are outside our control. Please purchase travel insurance for coverage.

• Outdoor Grill: A large park-style charcoal grill is provided for your use. Bring your own charcoal. Please clean out the grill after every use.

• Trash: Please dump liquids into the sink and not into trash bags. Place all trash into trash bags and secure them in the trash containers next to the driveway.

• Critters: We have a regular pest control company that maintains the grounds. As we are located in a rural area, please note that bugs may be present on the property.

• Check-In/Out: Check-in at 4:00 PM. Check-out at 11:00 AM. We charge $50 per hour for all requests for early check-in & late check-out, based on availability. Please note we may not be able to accommodate early check-ins/ late checkouts. Please message us for more details.

• Pets: Well behaved & housetrained pets are welcome with prior approval at a flat fee amount of $100 per pet. Things to note:

• The yard is NOT fenced

• The guest’s dog must have required shots, licenses, and tags, including name tags.

• Guest must provide dog bedding/crate and towels to wipe off wet paws and fur in the Mudroom/Garage. Cabin towels are NOT to be used for pets.

• Dogs are not allowed on furniture or beds.

• Do NOT leave your dog at the cabin unattended.

• If guests’ dog sheds, please brush the dog outside daily.

• As a courtesy to others, guests will walk their dogs to the road before allowing them to relieve themselves.

• Guests must pick up after their dogs and discard waste properly.

• Dogs are NOT allowed to be washed in the bathtub or showers. Guests may use the garden hose and spigot in the garage for such purposes on the driveway only.

• Guests are responsible for cleaning up any “accidents” their dog has caused inside. Please notify us of any accidents or damage.

• Guests are required to pay for any damage their dog causes.

• We will email you a Rental Release Agreement after booking. This agreement must be signed within 48 hours of booking. This correspondence will occur through our Channel Manager OwnerRez.

• A Security Deposit, of $300, must be paid for prior to check-in and is refunded within 3 days of check-out, provided there are no damages to the property. Security deposit & rental agreement will be sent after the booking is confirmed.

• We can host a maximum of 18 guests (including all adults, children & infants)- for safety (fire & insurance) reasons, we cannot hold any additional guests.

• We are building additional cabins onto the property. There will be no construction on the weekends during your stay though there may be building materials around the area. Our pricing has been adjusted to reflect this

• As we are located in a rural area, please note that the wifi & cell phone service will be limited. Don't forget to bring your favorite book to catch up on some reading!

• All amenities including outdoor grill, wifi, indoor fireplace, etc are fully inspected prior to every check-in, however, we cannot guarantee their working condition during stays. If the hot tub is under repair, we will immediately notify you and offer alternative accommodation or cancellation options. If an amenity or feature stops working during your stay but was reported working by our maintenance crew, we will attempt to repair the item but cannot guarantee the repair and no Airbnb refund will be made.

• We look forward to hosting all our upcoming guests. Our cleaning team is going above and beyond to provide top-notch services, giving special attention to high-touch areas, using commercial grade anti-microbial agents, and having bed sheets and bath towels professionally laundered between each guest's stay. However, no guarantee will be made that our properties are "completely sterile" or "COVID-free", just as no other business can reasonably make that claim. Guests are advised to travel and stay with us at their own discretion.

• We do not offer rescheduled stays or refunds on cancellations outside of Airbnb's extenuating circumstances policy. We strongly encourage you to purchase travel insurance at the time of booking if you are concerned about the possibility of canceling your trip last minute. Travel insurance is inexpensive and a great way to protect your funds in the event of an unforeseeable cancellation. We understand that last-minute cancellations for guests who choose to not purchase travel insurance can be a burden, however, we are required to uphold our owners' cancellation policies in order to protect their only sources of income and keep their properties in business. Please book responsibly and we appreciate your understanding.

• Any noise complaints or law enforcement calls to the home will result in immediate termination of your stay without a refund. A NoiseAware noise monitoring device is used to monitor external decibel (DB) levels as outlined per City/County Ordinance.
